Prediction for CME (2019-05-12T19:54:00-CME-001)CME Observed Time: 2019-05-12T19:54ZiSWAS Layout URL: https://kauai.ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov/DONKI/view/CME/14748/-1 CME Note: There is no clear signature arrival for this specific CME. The arrival attributed to the 2019-05-13T16:09Z CME is also very weak and difficult to be certain about it. CME was not detected at Earth. Observed Geomagnetic Storm Parameters due to CME: ---- Predicted Arrival Time: 2019-05-16T12:00Z Prediction Method: Other (SIDC) Prediction Method Note: :Issued: 2019 May 13 1240 UTC :Product: documentation at http://www.sidc.be/products/presto #--------------------------------------------------------------------# # FAST WARNING 'PRESTO' MESSAGE from the SIDC (RWC-Belgium) # #--------------------------------------------------------------------# A filament eruption in the vicinity of NOAA region 2741 was observed in AIA imagery around 19h UT on May 12. LASCO C2 and C3 imagery show a halo CME first observed in LASCO C2 at 20:36 UT on May 12. Based on STEREO COR2 A imagery, the CME speed is estimated at 530 km/s. Since the filament eruption took place near the centre of the solar disc, we expect the ICME to arrive at Earth, in the second half of May 16. #--------------------------------------------------------------------# # Solar Influences Data analysis Center - RWC Belgium # # Royal Observatory of Belgium # # # # Website http://www.sidc.be. # # E-mail sidc-support@oma.be # # To unsubscribe http://www.sidc.be/registration/unsub.php # # # # Legal notices: # # - Intellectual Property Rights: # # http://www.astro.oma.be/common/internet/en/data-policy-en.pdf # # - Liability Disclaimer: # # http://www.astro.oma.be/common/internet/en/disclaimer-en.pdf # # - Use and processing of your personal information: # # http://www.astro.oma.be/common/internet/en/privacy-policy-en.pdfLead Time: 47.33 hour(s) Difference: ----- Prediction submitted by Yaireska Collado (M2M Office) on 2019-05-14T12:40Z |
